Will registration guarantee a ticket to the event?
Attendance is on a first-come, first-served basis. Your registration becomes binding and fully completed once your hotel has been booked and we have received your travel itinerary. We will collect this information closer to the event.
Do I need a visa?
Visa requirements depend on your nationality. Please consult your local government or official immigration authorities for specific regulations.
I need a visa — can you provide a letter of invitation?
Yes. We are happy to prepare a letter of invitation to support your visa application if required. Please contact your sales representative or email us at digicon@schneider-om.com.
How do I get to the individual locations? What about transfers to and from the airport?
SCHNEIDER will provide complimentary transportation, including shuttles between all event locations, airport transfers, and transportation during the conference days and the Germany Experience.
To coordinate suitable pick-up times for all attendees, we kindly ask that you provide your flight details. A dedicated email and form will be sent closer to the event to collect this information.
What expenses will be covered by SCHNEIDER, and what do I need to take care of myself?
SCHNEIDER will cover:
- All shuttle transfers
- Food and beverages
- Entertainment
You are responsible for:
- Your hotel booking
- Your travel to Germany (flights, trains, buses)
What hotels are available?
We have selected a range of suitable hotel options and reserved room contingencies at special rates.
Please be advised: The hotel blocks can’t be accessed via the hotels’ online booking engines but only via email or over the phone. Those engines may also show no availability for the dates online. But be rest assured we have reserved plenty of rooms. All you have to do is email or call the hotel and refer to SCHNEIDER Optical Machines to receive the negotiated pricing and be able to book the rooms available.
Please note: Special rates are only guaranteed until April 2026, after which the reserved room blocks will be released.
What can I expect from the conference program?
A curated mix of keynotes, expert presentations, AI-tech demos, panel discussions, and networking opportunities.
Will the full agenda and speaker list be published in advance?
Yes. The complete program and speaker lineup will be released prior to the event.
Is there a social/networking program?
Yes. There will be multiple opportunities to network with peers, partners, and SCHNEIDER teams.
What is the Germany Experience?
The Germany Experience is a day trip to some of Germany’s most scenic landscapes, taking place on Saturday, June 20th. It is specifically designed for those who want to experience Germany, learn more about German culture, and gain deeper insight into the country.
A detailed agenda will be shared in the coming weeks.
I don’t speak English very well. Will there be translation?
Yes. We will provide simultaneous translation services in Portuguese, Spanish, and Chinese.
I have special dietary requirements — what should I do?
Please email your dietary needs to digicon@schneider-om.com. We will ensure suitable meal options are available during the event.
Is Wi-Fi available on site?
Yes. You will receive Wi-Fi access information upon arrival at the event locations.
What are the regulations on media recordings?
To protect proprietary content, we kindly ask that you do not record any presentations or demonstrations. Photos, video, and audio recordings are not permitted during content sessions.

The room blocks will only be valid until April 2026, so please make sure to book your stay in time as availability is limited!
Bookings will need to be made by phone or via email because the special SCHNEIDER rates will not be available at online booking engines.
