LCU-E modulo ONE

High volume inline cleaning at smallest footprint

Highest throughput meets smallest footprint.

The LCU Modulo ONE delivers the cleaning performance of larger systems in a compact, fully automated in-line unit. Now, it is also available in an edge version designed for the final cleaning of finished lenses − LCU-E Modulo ONE.

The highly efficient system gently cleans both sides of the lens simultaneously using soft brushes for intense yet damage-free cleaning.

With its attractive pricing and low cost-per-lens ratio, the LCU-E Modulo ONE is a sound investment for any lab.

Designed specifically for finished lenses

Specialized handling and customized lens carriers for complex, irregular geometries.

A multi-suction unit picks up the decentered lens and transfers it to the measuring station, to determine and adjust the center of gravity and insertion orientations.

After cleaning, the lenses are dried in a separated drying compartment.

The Modulo advantage

LCU-E Modulo ONE comes with an on-board global interface philosophy that allows connection to the Modulo system. Once connected to the Modulo system, the machine works as an integral part of this one-of-a-kind solution and is subject to the centralized monitoring Control Center. The lab manager is fully informed about the current status of the machine. Therefore, critical situations and downtime can be avoided before they arise. Higher uptimes and increased yields are assured.
